How do I place an order?
Once you have all of the items you require in your cart you can progress through our simple online order enquiry process
I am looking for a quotation (RFQ) and not ready to place an order?
No problems. We can treat your cart as a 'Request for Quotation' (RFQ). Just add the items that you require into your cart and then check out as normal. We will not ask for payment and a member of our sales team will contact you with a formal quotation based on the information you submitted with your RFQ.
What if i cannot find an item that i require?
No problems. We will contact you by email to confirm your order and shipping costs. Just let us know what else you're looking for and a member of our kowledgeable sales team will happily assist.

I have a discount code
Great! If we are running a discount promotion there will be an opportunity to enter it during the check-out process.
Do you offer quantity price breaks?
Yes we do offer quantity price breaks. Generally this if for a quantity of 25 items in any particular line.

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your order in a variety of ways including BACS, wire transfer and credit card (All major Credit/Debit cards are accepted).
We will not take a payment for your requirements online but will generate a quotation for you. You have not placed an order until you have approved our quotation and you are happy with the order in full. All payments must be cleared before despatch unless you have a credit account (speak to your Account Manager if you are interested in having a credit account).
Can i pay by credit card?
Yes. Card payments are securely handled for us by WorldPay. We do not require any card information.
Card handlers fees are nominally charged at 3% (American Express cards are charged at 5%).
Can i pay by PayPal?
Yes, under certain circumstances we can accept payments by PayPal but due to high fees there may be an additional charge.

How is sales tax determined for my order?
Tax is not listed on the cart and checkout pages as local taxes and import duties vary from country to country.
Sales tax for customers outside of the United Kingdom (UK)
Customers located outside of the United Kingdom are not liable for local UK domestic sales tax (VAT). The goods purchased in your cart are however shipped to you 'Delivered at Place' (incoterms DAP), which means that you are liable for any applicable fees or import duties due for these goods when you import them into your local region.

How are goods shipped?
All shipments are shipped by a fully traceable service and can be tracked online as they make their way from our warehouse to your location. If any local customs duties or import taxes are due then they will contact you about this (please make sure your contact details are accurate). Upon delivery they will require a signature and we always calculate the most cost effective method of getting your goods to you; depending on your order value, size and your shipping location.

Yes, you can arrange for your own courier or freight forwarder to collect from our global logistics centre.
